    Age Limit: NO

    Format of Play: 11x11

    Non Domestic Player - Not working for the participant companies: NO

    Substitutions: Unlimited

    Game length: 50 minutes regular time (25 minutes each half time)

    Half time break: 10 minutes

    Overtime in case of a draw: 10 minutes (5 minutes each half time)

    Coin Toss will be performed. The winner chooses side of field to defend or to have kick off.

    Group Winners – Standings will be determined on the basis of standings points, as follows:
    • 3 points for a win
    • 1 point for a tie
    • 0 points for a loss

    In the event of a tie in standings points, division ranking will be decided as follows:
    • Head to head competition
    • Most wins
    • Most goals scored
    • Fewest goals against
    • Fewest discipline points (1 pt for yellow card, 2 pts for red card)

    General Conduct: Players receiving a red card or a total of two yellow cards in one game will be ineligible for their team's next game. The tournament committee reserves the right to suspend or expel any player, coach, or spectator from the tournament for unruly conduct.

    a. A ten minute grace period will be allowed from scheduled kickoff time. Teams must be present and ready to play at the scheduled time or forfeit the game.
    b. A minimum of 11 players constitute a team.
    c. A forfeit will be recorded as a three to zero (3-0) result.
    d. The Tournament Committee will review forfeited games on a case-by-case basis.

    Protests: All decisions made by the referee and tournament committee are final and binding. No protests are allowed.

    Number of Players:
    • A team may not start a game with fewer than 8 players.
    • Teams unable to field the requisite number of players will have a ten-minute grace period after the match's scheduled start time before a forfeit is declared.
    Uniforms and Equipment:
    • Shin guards are mandatory for all players.
    • Players must wear numbers on the back of their jerseys that correspond with the team roster. Home team must change to an alternate “jersey” in the event of a color conflict.
    • Cleats with metal studs are not allowed.

    Abusive Behavior: While at the fields, any coach, team official, player or spectator threatening or acting physically or verbally in a violent manner will immediately be ejected from the tournament and the team may be ejected from the tournament. This type of behavior is not acceptable at this event and will not be tolerated.

    Inclement Weather:
    • The evening before the event, Tournament officials will post weather updates on the Tournament website and email the team captains. To that effect, the Tournament Committee has the authority to change, cancel or reschedule any game.
    • Unless clearly advised otherwise by a Tournament official, all teams and coaches must show up at the scheduled field and time regardless of weather conditions. Failure to appear will result in a forfeit.
    • In the event of stoppage of play due to severe weather conditions, both team representatives are required to report to the Tournament Officials within fifteen minutes after stoppage has occurred, at which time the remaining time may by resumed, cancelled, modified or any decision further postponed for another defined length, pending receipt of information to formulate a definitive resolution.
    • Any match terminated after one half of play is considered official.

    Soccer Field and Park Rules:
    All coaches, team officials, players, or spectators should be aware of the following rules:
    • No littering
    • No weapons
    • No walking in planting beds, feeding or bothering the wildlife of the areas around the soccer field
    • No parking on fields, grass or any location not specifically authorized for parking
    • All dogs should be kept on leash
    • Clean up after your dog
