    6. The winner shall be the team that scores the most runs. In the event of both sides scoring the same number of runs, the team having lost fewer wickets during their innings shall be the winner. If the teams score the same number of runs, for the loss of the same number of wickets, then the match shall be declared a tie

    7. 4 points will be awarded for a win and 1 for a tie

    8. Neutral umpire shall be provided for all games. The batting side must supply a legside umpire

    9. The batting side will provide a scorer and be responsible for the accuracy of the scorebook. It will be the responsibility of the other team to depute an assistant scorer

    • Total Wickets Taken

    15. Net run rate is defined as the run rate of the relevant team, minus the run rate of the opposing team. Where the batting side bats for all the allotted overs, or surpasses the other team’s total, their run rate is calculated as the number of runs scored divided by the number of overs bowled. Where the batting side is bowled out in fewer than the total number of overs, their run rate is calculated as the number of runs scored divided by the total number of overs available (being 20 overs). The AVERAGE net run rate over 5 matches would be the sum of the net run rates for each game divided by 5

Similarly if the bowling side bowls out the batting side within 14 overs a bonus point may be earned. The 'bonus point' will add to total league points of the team. In a rain effected game bonus points will not be applicable

    19. A tournament referee who will implement and adjudicate these guidelines will be appointed. The tournament referee's decision will be final. Any dispute must be directed to the organising committee for consideration
